Servicing Morgan Hill, San Martin & Gilroy

Flamingo/Yard Cards must be paid in full when order is confirmed. Rentals are subject to availability. 

*Signs are single day rentals, with the option to book additional days for $60*

*Set Up/Removal:Flamingo Flockings / Yard Card rentals will be installed between 7:00pm - 11:00pm the night before your event. 

*Please help us by watering the lawn in the days leading up to your delivery if it has not rained in several days. Dry soil is extremely hard to put the stakes in.  *Refunds are not given if we are unable to put the stakes (birds and signs) in the ground due to not watering.  

*Delivery Fees:Complimentary delivery for homes in Gilroy, Morgan Hill and San Martin California. If you are outside of our service area, you will need to contact us for availability and delivery fees prior to booking. Delivery fees include to and from the event address installation and removal (both round trips).

*Flamingo Flockings & Yard Card Placement: Placement of individual birds and yard card signs is at the discretion of installer unless client specifies at least 24 hours prior to set up. Once placed, repositioning or removal of the items is prohibited. If you need anything moved, please contact us ASAP at 408.500.6838 and we will do our best to assist you. 

*All flamingos and signage are to be installed on front lawns. Please advice in advance if you require a specific location that is different from the front lawn. We will determine by individual case if we can accommodate the requested location. If the flamingo flock/yard card is a surprise for another home, you must let someone in the household know it is a rental and it is coming. You are responsible for any damage or throw aways of the products caused by the recipient, attending individual or yourself. There is a charge of $15 per flamingo/yard card that is missing or damaged. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by the gardener/sprinklers/lawn mower.
*Please do not mow around the yard card/flamingos

*Please be sure to turn off scheduled sprinklers if possible. If you are unable to turn off the sprinklers, please let us know the time they will be on and for how long so we can make accommodations in our delivery/pickup schedule.

*Delivery and Set Up: A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to any canceled order with in 48 hours of event date. You will receive a refund of the amount due minus $50.

*Flamingos / Yard Cards will be delivered rain or shine. We cannot help what the weather might do after the yard cards/flamingos have been installed. We will take a photo of the set up once its complete. If there are issues due to weather, such as heavy winds or rain, it is considered out of our control and no refunds will be given for signs that have been moved due to weather or tampering with equipment.

*Please remove all clutter and debris along with anything that would get in the way or harm an installer. If an installer feels it is unsafe in the conditions of the yard area, the sign will not be installed and we will not offer a refund. This includes ant hills, bee hives, spiders, nests and any other opportunity to harm the signs, flamingos and installer.

*Curbside Craze reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. 

*Policies & pricing is subject to change. 

*We ask that you please close the windows/drapes in the front yard, facing the lawn and put away your pets. Dogs tend to bark when we are setting up on the lawn and it can ruin the surprise and wake the house.

*Please note, if you have a Ring/Arlo Doorbell system (or similar), you may want to turn it off during set up, to keep the surprise a secret. We will inform you when we arrive and when we leave if needed via text per your request.
